Yes we update software and security for free.
If you need a minor update it may also be no charge depending on what is needed.
For major updates we can discuss and even quote them if needed before we do the work.

When we receive the signed contact and a first payment we will be ready to start. If you need a quote for more personalization we will make a quote / contract and email it to you.

Our billing is structured like a "bar" tab.
A lot of changes may only take 15 to 30 minutes, so we start a tab with a date and description of the work requested.
When you list hits a full hour of work we send you a bill via email.

1. We put an active link in the footer of your website, which goes to our website.
This will lower your quote $25.00. This also is a valid link connection which helps both sites on browser SEO positioning. If you for some reason do not want this you must let us know during the contract negotiations and $25.00 is added back to your quote.
2. If you refer us to a new customer (make sure you send me their name) If they hire us for a new
website we give you an hour of free changes to your site or $45.00 off your next bill.

Yes we charge only the market rate for hosting with InMotion a USA based hosting company, we do not mark up their prices.
We also offer shared hosting to save you more money as well as your own account if preferred these will be explained during the quote / contract process, or you can send us a question to explain and help you decide.
We prefer to provide a domain or move it to InMotion if you have one. We bill you that cost.
This keeps the hosting and domain active, you can pay for these on your own but if you forget the website can go down, as well as you need grant us and keep access to that account to use, this is why we recommend letting us take care of these issues for you.
